Alan Schwartz joined Vista Equity Partners in January 2020.

Prior to Vista, Alan was Managing Director at First Reserve Corporation, where he served on the Board of Directors, handled complex legal and business issues, and was involved in the deployment of $25 billion of capital. Before First Reserve Corporation, Alan was a Corporate Partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where he focused on private equity.
