Alan Kerr joined Vista Equity Partners in 2021.

Prior to Vista, Alan was Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Software at Diebold Nixdorf, where he led the strategy and execution of the company’s software solutions, specifically its emerging leadership in digital banking and connected commerce. Before Diebold Nixdorf, Alan held executive and leadership positions at several enterprise software companies, including Kofax, HPSoftware, Peregrine Systems, Ascential Software and Informix Software.
