Mauro Bonugli joined Vista Equity Partners in 2017 and leads the OneVista partnership with limited partners globally.

Mauro is responsible for operationalizing and scaling OneVista with infrastructure, processes and systems. Before OneVista, Mauro was Vista’s Deputy CTO and a senior leader in the firm’s Product and Technology Value Creation team.

Prior to Vista, Mauro was an Advisor for Warburg Pincus, McKinsey & Company and SER, an HR management solutions company based in Brazil. Before his advisory roles, Mauro was Director of Private Equity Consulting at RSM. Mauro’s previous positions also include Vice President of the Resources Group at General Atlantic and Vice President for the Office of the CIO at Credit Suisse.
