Billy Bosworth joined Vista Equity Partners in 2023 and is a member of the private equity Flagship team.

Prior to Vista, Billy was CEO of Dremio, where he helped raise over $300 million in new capital. Before Dremio, Billy was CEO of DataStax (now IBM), where he grew the company from 25 employees to over 500 employees and nearly $150 million in revenue. Billy also served as an independent board member for two public companies: Tableau (now Salesforce) and TransUnion. Billy has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the software industry and spent a substantial portion of his early career as a software engineer.
