Marissa Grand joined Vista Equity Partners in 2023.

Prior to Vista, Marissa was the Head of Employee Experience and HR Chief Operating Officer at Invesco, where she worked across the firm to enhance employee experience and engagement. Before Invesco, Marissa spent 17 years at Goldman Sachs, where she held several HR roles, most recently as Global Head of M&A People Strategy.
