Ann Mathews-Pereira joined Vista Equity Partners in 2021 and is a member of the private equity Foundation team.

Ann has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, including representative transactions such as AGDATA, AlertMedia and TRG Screen.

Prior to Vista, Ann worked in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) group at Goldman Sachs. Before working in TMT, Ann worked in the Equity Derivatives group at Goldman Sachs.
