Ashley MacNeill joined Vista Equity Partners in 2022 and is responible for running the firm’s Equity Capital Markets strategy, including managing all portfolio company equity financing activities.

Ashley is also the Co-President of VistaOne, Vista’s evergreen private equity vehicle. Ashley has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, including representative transactions such as Datto (formerly NYSE: MSP), IAS (NASDAQ: IAS), Mindbody and Smartsheet (formerly NYSE: SMAR).

Prior to Vista, Ashley spent 12 years at Morgan Stanley, where she was most recently Co-Head of Technology Equity Capital Markets for the Americas and Managing Director. Before Morgan Stanley, Ashley was an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank in Canada. During her almost 20 years in capital markets and investment banking, Ashley has led various teams and IPOs for some of the largest public technology companies, including Uber, Snapchat, Shopify, Warner Music and Datadog.
