Brooke Nakatsukasa joined Vista Equity Partners in 2016 and is a member of the private equity Flagship team.

Brooke has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, including representative transactions such as Datto (formerly NYSE: MSP), Gainsight, Lucid, Numerator and Ping Identity (formerly NYSE: PING). She was also named one of WSJ Pro PE’s Women to Watch in 2022 and to Forbes’s 30 Under 30 Finance List in 2022.

Prior to Vista, Brooke worked at Deutsche Bank in the Financial Sponsors group, where she advised private equity clients on M&A and capital raises across a variety of sectors, including consumer, industrials and financial institutions.
