Prior to Vista, Caitlin was an Origination and Investment Professional at Audax Private Debt, where she focused on first lien, stretch senior, second lien, subordinated debt and equity co-investment solutions. Before Audax, Caitlin was a Vice President at Greensill Capital, where she was responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting and executing a variety of investments.
