Chris Murphy joined Vista Equity Partners in 2020.

Prior to Vista, Chris was General Counsel at Bonterra (a Vista company), where he was responsible for all legal, compliance and contract functions globally. Before Bonterra, Chris led the global legal and compliance teams at E2open. Prior to E2open, Chris was Assistant General Counsel at Volusion. Chris is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
