Devon Cash joined Vista Equity Partners in 2024 and is a member of the private equity Foundation team.

Devon has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, including representative transactions such as Alegeus, AlertMedia and ESO Solutions.

Prior to Vista, Devon was an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs, where he primarily advised on activism defense and M&A in technology.
