Elizabeth Carter joined Vista Equity Partners in 2020 and is a member of the private equity Flagship team.

Elizabeth has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, including representative transactions such as Allvue, Duck Creek Technologies, Mindbody and Xactly.

Prior to Vista, Elizabeth was an Investment Banking Senior Analyst in the Global Industrials group at Citigroup, where she advised on a broad suite of transactions with a focus on transportation, infrastructure and diversified industrial companies.
