Eric Roza joined Vista Equity Partners in 2022 and is a member of the private equity Flagship team.

Prior to Vista, Eric was CEO of CrossFit, where he led a buyout of the company. Before CrossFit, Eric spent 12 years as CEO of Datalogix, building it into one of the largest data and analytics companies in the global digital advertising industry. Following Datalogix’s sale to Oracle, Eric was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Oracle Data Cloud. Eric previously worked at several technology startups and began his career as a Consultant at Bain & Company.
