Franklin Reis joined Vista Equity Partners in 2017 and is a member of the private equity Flagship team.

Franklin has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, including representative transactions such AGDATA, Allvue, Avalara and Forcepoint.

Prior to Vista, Franklin worked at Guggenheim Partners in the Corporate Credit Group, where he originated, structured and executed middle-market private equity and leveraged finance transactions in the software and technology markets.
