Lily Perez joined Vista Equity Partners in 2017 and is a member of the private equity Flagship team.

Before her current role, Lily was a Managing Director in the Go-To-Market practice for Vista Consulting Group. Additionally, Lily is a member of Vista’s Value Creation Leadership Team and Generative AI Working Group. She is also the Executive Sponsor of Vista’s Women in Software Summits and an advisor to Vista Capital & Partner Solutions. Lily has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, including representative transactions such as Cloud Software Group.

Prior to Vista, Lily held various leadership roles at CEB (now Gartner). Most recently, Lily was Director of Corporate Strategy and Development, where she led a team that built a complementary software/data analytics business through M&A and executed CEB’s exit to Gartner. Before CEB, Lily spent five years at McKinsey & Company, where she was part of a small team that launched and scaled the Social Sector Office. Lily also served as an Independent Consultant to the Board of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, where she helped design and launch the Giving Pledge.

Lily is the Co-Founder and Board Co-Chair of Generation Enterprise, a social mobility business accelerator operating in Nigeria.
