Nate Mamuyac joined Vista Equity Partners in 2022 and is a member of the Private Equity Foundation team.

Nate has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, including representative transactions such as Greenway Health, Poppulo, Solera and TigerConnect.

Prior to Vista, Nate was an Investment Banking Summer Associate at J.P. Morgan, where he worked in the Technology M&A group. Before J.P. Morgan, Nate worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at BTIG.
