Nicole Hantman joined Vista Equity Partners in 2025.

Prior to Vista, Nicole was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP). Before GIP, Nicole held several roles at Apax Partners, most recently serving as Global Head of Human Resources. Nicole started her career as a Campus Recruiting Manager at Lehman Brothers.
